Mining for Aquamarine at Mount Antero Colorado

I’m so thankful for Craig, Tracie, Mike, and Suzy’s kindness and guidance throughout my mining adventure this year.

This video is just a glimpse of what actually goes on up at Mount Antero in Colorado. The sudden storms and inclement weather is crazy, the road up to the top is treacherous, and the gems that are found are unbelievably stunning. The large bag of aquamarine you see was a pocket uncovered by Mike and Suzy - SO IMPRESSIVE!! I can’t wait to return next season and see what the mountain has in store.
