Removing Highlights in PDF XChange Editor

To remove highlights in PDF-XChange Editor, begin by opening the PDF document containing the highlights. Select the "Comment" tab located in the toolbar. Within the Comment tab, you can choose the "Select Annotation" tool (arrow icon) or directly click on the highlighted text you want to remove. Once the highlight is selected, it will be surrounded by a blue outline. Now, you can either press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or right-click on the selected highlight and choose "Delete" from the context menu. Alternatively, in the Comment panel on the right-hand side of the window, you can find a list of all annotations, including highlights. Select the highlight you wish to remove from the list and press the "Delete" key or right-click and choose "Delete". These steps will effectively remove the selected highlights from your PDF document.
