SASAMI - Take Care (Baby's All Right, NYC 11/10/23)

It had almost been 1 year to the last time I saw SASAMI at Baby's All Right. Last time with her full metal band, and this time solo, debuting a lot of new material and some older tracks performed solo. The show was opened with a stand up set from Youngmi Mayer which included some great audience participation on stage.

The sound from the front was a bit lacking so I only recorded the solo performed songs and none of the new material. The new material was pretty catchy and have people, including myself, jumping around and dancing in the room. I'm excited to see where SASAMI goes on the upcoming album!

I ran into Michelle and Peter of Japanese Breakfast at the show too, which was a nice surprise.
