Pan Am Training Videos: Pax point of view vignettes (circa 1989)

Описание к видео Pan Am Training Videos: Pax point of view vignettes (circa 1989)

Filmed inside the aircraft mockup training classroom at the Pan Am Flight Academy in Miami, Florida by Keith Smith. Linda Reynolds can be seen as the purser. This video was played during a day long seminar for all flight attendants in 1989 to provide the point of view of the passengers. After each clip, the training team would discuss better ways to serve passengers and reduce distracting noises and loud conversations from crew.

Special thanks to Linda Reynolds for saving a collection of safety and training VHS tapes from the Pan Am Training Academy in Miami, Florida after the airline closed on December 4, 1991.
