Amtrak Heritage Units on the Pacific Surfliner

Amtrak turns 44 today and what better way to celebrate than seeing all 4 of their "40th Anniversary" specially painted units running on the Pacific Surfliner! All 4 P42DC engines are featured in this video pulling Surfliner trains. Also included are a few clips of P42 engines in the modern "Phase V" paint pulling surfliner trains along the California coast. Here is a listing of all the engines as well as the year the paint scheme first appeared:

Amtrak 66 - Phase II (1975)
Amtrak 145 - Phase III (1979)
Amtrak 184 - Phase IV (1993)
