Treadmill Virtual Run 67: Blaydon Race 2019

Join me on my treadmill virtual run doing the Blaydon Race! The run follows the course described in the folk song "Blaydon Races" by Geordie Ridley from 1862. Often sung at St. James' Park home of Newcastle United Football Club.
