Shutter problem in Mamiya-Sekor C 1:3.8 f=127mm for Mamiya RB

This Mamiya-Sekor C 1:3.8 f=127mm for Mamiya RB had some Shutter problem, and it was because of old sticky grease in the advance and shutter gear, I clean it with some Isopropyl-alcohol 99% and relube very, very little on the gear ring, and the lens was back to working order.
To disassemble the lens, you need some tools:

This is a adjustable wing compass divider from Amazon, I file and grind the tip's to fit in the nothes to unscrew the lens elements or name plate:
