Hosted by the Albury Wodonga Volunteer Resource Bureau & Multicultural, the 2024 Multicultural Lunch series were a joyous celebration of diversity, connection, and shared stories.

The final lunch for the year was a feast of delicious Colombian cuisine, lovingly prepared by Jessica Velasquez, her mother Sandra and her father Omar. During this amazing meal, we were lucky to hear Jessica’s incredible story about her life in Colombia, her family’s journey to Australia and what it’s been like living in our border region.

The Multicultural Lunch series was generously funded through Border Trust by Kim’s Table, friends and family of the late Kim Caunt.
