RAI Logo History

Took me 9 days to make! It was really fun to find the sources! Yet another one of my favorite logo histories I've done this year! This one is hugely inspired by TR3X, of course!

Note: This logo history will only contain the five main channels from Rai, which are Rai 1, Rai 2, Rai 3, Rai 4, and Rai 5. The main references for this video were Logopedia and the CLG Wiki (Miraheze). Captures are from YouTube (with the 10th RAI ident from Vimeo), and most of the captures for the modern idents and some of the 80s idents come from the Bumper&Spot, Bruno TV, iBumper TV, TVItalia Story, Maxsimo57, and mDeplo YouTube channels respectively. Those are only a few of the channels I have captured. I might add an end credit in the next logo history.

Founded as Unione Radiofonica Italiana in 1924, Radiotelevisione italiana is the national public broadcasting company of Italy, owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. They are headquartered in Rome, the capital city of Italy. RAI broadcasts are also received in surrounding countries, including Switzerland, France, and Monaco. Rai Uno (1) launched on 3rd January 1954, Rai Due (2) launched on 4th November 1961, Rai Tre (3) launched on 15th December 1979, Rai Quattro (4) launched on 14th July 2008, and Rai Cinque (5) launched on 26th November 2010.
