How to Trim Red Tiger Lotus Maintenance

Описание к видео How to Trim Red Tiger Lotus Maintenance

We have been really busy and have not given our Nymphea zenkeri red tank a good maintenance session. The Nymphea lily or also known as Red Tiger Lotus is now covering more than 50% of our tank surface, thriving itself but not so the same story with other plants house underneath it.

The livestocks are enjoying the overgrown leaves with Pygmy Corydoras using it as a resting bed, horned nerites crawling through to consume the biofilms and cloud minnows swimming around the red tiger lotus chasing each other. This tank has been fun to watch.

Today, we are going to cut off at least 20 leaves of the nymphaea or red tiger lotus stems. This will give it a good maintenance and encourage further growth.
