There are several tools on the market that offer the user the ability to cut a tubular key in the field without needing electric power, and these tools all come in a very small package.

The original (as far as I can tell) was the "Pocket Cut-Up" designed and produced by HPC (now Hudson Lock). This tool was copied, more or less, by brands like Wenxing and KLOM.

Whose version is the best? That's what we explore in this video.
