Here is the Dashcam video from the incident, he definitely was aware as when contact was made with the front of my car I hooted while he ignored it and kept moving forward. The bus was stationary as I approached it and pulled out around 05:42:30. I slowed down to a complete stop at 05:42.31 where the bus made contact a fraction of a second later on my stationary vehicle. At 05:42:33 you can see marks that start on the centre of the bus from contact with my front bumper.
There was no shaking on the buses recording system because my car was stationary when the bus made contact with my bumper, there was no collision at speed because I managed to stop while travelling at a low speed.

At 05:42:45 you can see that the driver tried to accelerate away but couldn't because he was still in contact with my bumper. At 05:42:52 he opens his window to signal for me to reverse which I comply with. Later he drove off without stopping or checking for damage.
