In this video we will discuss about the concept of one important topic which is Unnatural offences comes under the section 377 of IPC.

Unnatural offences :
whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal.

In other words “ carnal intercourse means sexual intercourse by a man with man, or by a women with women or by a man or women with animal.

shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either
description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
