How to Send Google Docs by Email

Want to send Google Docs by email? You can easily do this with Gmail or any email provider.

Open the Google Doc you want to share. Click on the share icon and you’ll see an option to copy the link. You can also change the link permission from the viewer to the editor if you want to give someone permission to work on the Google doc with you.

Now simply open Gmail or any mail app and compose an email. Right-click and paste the Google Doc link that you copies on the previous step and press send.

When someone receives this email, they can click the link and they will go directly to that Google Doc document.

This works with all other Google apps as well such as Google Sheets and Google Slides.
