Lewes is a small town built into the slopes either side of the Ouse Valley. There are many things to do in Lewes in East Sussex. Lewes is famous for many independent, antique and quirky shops, as well as historic pubs. Lewes also has a working brewery situated in the town centre and above the medieval streets stands Lewes Castle and museum.

Cliffe High Street contains Bookshops, boutiques and antique centres as well as restaurants, cafes, and pubs.
