Project Kagura is a four-wheel, skid-steer robot with a robust design and a modular build, capable of handling diverse tasks and terrains.

Weight: 80 kg = approximately 176 pounds
Frame: Aluminum parts sourced from hardware stores like Leroy Merlin, supplemented with 3D printed PET-G components
Payload Capacity: 140 kg = approximately 309 pounds
Speed: Up to 25 km/h = approximately 15.5 miles per hour
Engines: Two 12V DC 300W motors with reduction gearboxes
Battery Life: Up to 15 minutes with current battery setup. Planned extension to 6 hours with Parkside accumulators (subject to funding)
Operational Temperature Range: -40°C to 100°C = -40°F to 212°F (interestingly, -40 is the same in both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales)
We are also working on making Project Kagura amphibious, with progress updates to follow.

The Yato-Defence system, featured in this video, is a powerful add-on for Project Kagura. It is a two-axis turret equipped with an Umarex HK416-D self-defence and training rifle.

Project Kagura and Yato-Defence system can work independently from each other and be used for different roles, Project Kagura can work as payload carrier and Yato-Defence system can work as stationary turret without any modification.

Over half of the robots arduino codes were generated using OpenAI's ChatGPT-4.
