Here's a detailed install video for the TST Industries Brake Light Modulator as well as an LED taillight bulb that I bought from eBay. As you can see in the video, the function of a controllable modulator is awesome. The brightness difference in the LED bulb isn't much but there is a difference, nonetheless. The LED bulb, did also speed up the flash a tiny bit so I decided to use the modulator to slow it down a little with the modulator.
