Simmer Elite is a heat-friendly wig style by Raquel Welch, featuring a monofilament top, hand-tied base, and a lace front. She is similar to Raquel Welch's Simmer wig, with slight differences that I'll be going over in today's video. Simmer Elite is light, fun, and bouncy, perfect for summer-time (or really, any time of the year!) Today I am wearing the coloUr Shaded Biscuit RL19/23SS.
