Perfect 👍 Here’s a clear recipe & ingredients list for your Firni / Rice Rice (500 ml milk quantity)

📝 Ingredients (for 2–3 servings)

🥛 Milk – 500 ml (full cream for best taste)

🍚 Rice – 3 tbsp (soaked for 30 mins, then coarsely ground)

lSugar – 2 tbsp (adjust as per taste)

🌸 Saffron (Kesar) – a few strands (soaked in warm milk)

🌰 Nuts – chopped almonds, cashews, Chirounji (as desired)

💛 Cardamom powder – 1 pinch (optional, for flavor)

Ghee 1tbs

Receipe
Heat Ghee un pan and add coarse rice
and cook for 2 min continuesly stirring.

Add Milk and mix on low flame cover n cook till rice is cooked completely.

Add sugar, chopped nuts,Chirounji,kesar again cover and cook for 2min till sugar melts.

Rice kheer is ready to serve.
Serve hot or chilled
