Santorini "Fava" are yellow peas special to Santorini - often mezze style so it’s prepared in a way like hummus
Tomato Gefthedes - specialty fried tomato ball type things served as an appetizer in Santorini
Loukoumades - you can find these all over Greece but they are crunchy donut holes covered in warm honey and sometimes walnuts

The Boat Tour - Santorini Sailing was AMAZING! Saganaki is a specialty food to try in Greece, usually it's fried cheese wrapped in phyllo. We had Saganaki at Mario's as an appetizer and it was amazing because they doused their version in honey so it was amazingly salty-sweet!

Favorite Botique: Artisun

I recommend renting a car to visit all the tiny towns and beautiful beaches of Paros - lot's to explore!
