FULL partner shooting workout. Improve your scoring ability this off season. Improve your shooting accuracy and consistency. This shooting workout trains your ability to shoot off the dribble, off the catch, create space and make good decisions. If you want to improve your ability to shoot in games, you need to be training with a partner. You need both the ability to make shots at a high level and the decision making ability to know when to shoot those shots and be able to make them with a defender guarding you.
