[Collab] Sparta Railgun Base

Base is created by both me and ‪@Mattie_‬ !! Please credit us if you wanna use it yourself.

This is the shortened, standard remix-friendly version of the Railgun base. You can find the extended version on Soundcloud.

This was created specifically for the Sparta Remix Sendoff 2023 Collab. Special thanks for Mattie with contributing a lot on this base while I wasn't available to finish bits of it. You've been an amazing help!

Also special thanks to ‪@xcgab‬ as he gave feedback on the base during it's completion. We had some issues during finalization but it ended up working very well for us.
