I wanted to share my story about my body image struggles I've had as a female athlete and shed some light on my experience with disordered eating and compulsive exercise - as well as what the recovery process has been like for me in these past years.

This is something I haven't shared publicly except with a few close friends, but I think it's time to share my experience and be honest about where I've been and how that factors into what I do now as a health coach.

If you are currently struggling with disordered eating or eating disorders, or just body image issues as an athlete, I hope this encourages you to get the help you need and have some hope that there is a beautiful life awaiting you in recovery.
