This is the best recipe for overnight oats and they are so versatile too. You could add peanut butter, chocolate chips, apple and cinnamon, blueberries, or even make it tropical with pineapple and macadamia nuts! So easy and so good!

Overnight Oats
1/2 cup Quaker Oats
1 scoop or Tbsp chia seeds
3/4 oat milk
1 tsp honey

Coconut Granola
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked dried coconut
1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
