💡 How to choose the right size:
If you’re under 30 and haven’t given birth vaginally → usually a small cup works best.
If you’re over 30, have given birth, or have a heavier flow → go for a larger cup
(Always check brand guidelines too, since sizes may vary)

💧 How to sterilize your cup:
Boil it in water for 5–7 minutes before your cycle
Wash with mild, fragrance-free soap during your cycle
Sterilize again before storing it in its pouch.
