MiUI 12.5 Video Player asking to use Mi Video.
When a video file is finished playing instead of having a play icon and being able to swipe to another video, you are presented a replay or try mi video option.

It increases the number of taps to get to the next video and I didn't need to use Mi Video player especially didn't want to accept it's terms and conditions.
It keeps asking to accept every time you open it so I found a way to use the normal video player settings.
Mi Video player has a lot of options to play from the cloud and even have sibtitles but all I need is a simple video file player a local one.
