For preservation all year round, the following aspects should be kept in mind:
❤️ To preserve any pickle, vinegar / white vinegar and oil should be used in sufficient quantities. So for 1 kg of olives, try to use 125 ml / 1/2 cup of vinegar.
❤️ Also, use a clean, dry, germ-free glass jar.
❤️Before filling the pickle in the beyyam, apply oil on the inside of the beyyam and fill it with pickle. Then, before closing the mouth, cover the pickle with some oil on the top. This will prevent the upper part of the pickle from getting moldy.
❤️ You should take care not to touch the pickle with your hands. If your hands touch it, bacteria will quickly attack the pickle.
