Segorbe: La Entrada. The Fusion.

Segorbe is a little sleepy town some 60 km from Valencia
50 brooks is probably the most famous place with a nice restaurant
Navajas is a suburb with rich villas and a waterfall
But once a year Segorbe attracts thousands of visitors.
They have the ENTRADA.
The entry of horses and bulls.
It only lasts less than a minute
but this is a fiesta of the 13 riders and 6 bulls.
The main street is covered with soil
Everybody stands at attention
And here they come!
A red scarf and a stick
The rider IS FUSING with the bull and the horse TO BECOME A CENTAUR
El jinete SE FUSIONA con el toro y el caballo y SE VUELVE ENTONCES CENTAURO
A bit disappointing… only lasts ten seconds!
The city is proud of its heroes
And there they go… to come back tomorrow!
