Ingredients:

1 cup greek yoghurt
1 ½ cups self raising Flour
1 t dried oregano
Olive oil (to pan fry)

Fillings (of your choice)
I used 1x large tin Salmon
Homemade tzatziki
Avocado

Method:
1. Place Greek yoghurt and flour in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Tip the mixture onto a floured surface and knead with your hands until the dough is soft to touch and not sticky. This will take a few minutes.. If the dough is still too sticky, add some more flour and continue to knead.
3. Divide the dough into 6 even balls. Use a rolling pin to roll each ball of dough out into rounds circles.
4. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add a little drizzle of olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add your pita and cook each side until golden. You will see little brown spots then you know to flip.

Serve with your favourite fillings 🥰
