--Ingredients

Butter 2tsp
Chopped mushroom 1cup
Black pepper powder as required
Salt as required
Egg 4
Oil 1tbsp
Shredded cheese as required

--Prepare Butter Mushroom

Take a non stick pan and once the pan is hot add butter and spread over the pan.
Add chopped mushroom and saute on medium to high flame.
Add black pepper powder, salt and saute well then keep aside.

--Prepare Egg

Take a mixing bowl, add the eggs, salt as required and blend/mix well.

--Prepare Omelette

Take a non stick pan, once the pan is hot add oil and spread over the pan.
Once the oil is hot pour the blended eggs to the pan.
When the egg starts to set, keep poking from the sides to make the omelette more juicy and soft.
Then cover with a lid and cook on medium flame for a min.
After 1 min open the lid and add butter mushrooms to a portion of omelette.
Add shredded cheese and fold the other portion of omelette and cook a min and serve hot!
