How To Fix Shimano RSX-A410 Shifters That Won't Shift

It is not terribly hard to fix a stuck RSX A410 shifter, mainly due to gunked-up old grease that prevents the two metal paws from grabbing onto gears. In this video, I show you how to disassemble the right-side shifter (The left side procedure is the same and easier).
