Celtic knot “Zentangle World pattern journey vol.3” ケルトノット 世界の文様をゼンタングルで巡る旅 【Lovelygiraffe Tangle】

今回は、ケルト美術の代表的な模様、「ケルトノット」をゼンタングルにアレンジして描きます。
　ケルトと呼ばれる文化は、紀元前6世紀頃から後3世紀頃までのヨーロッパでケルト人によって広まりました。写本装飾や金属工芸、渦巻き文様やケルト十字に代表される　キリスト教美術で、独自の世界観による発展を遂げます。
　始まりも終わりもない組紐文様、ギローシュと呼ばれるケルティック・ノットには「永遠」や「魂の循環」などの意味が込められているとされており、ケルト人の宗教観である輪廻転生などの意味が込められていると言われています。
　ゼンタングルの創始者であるマリアもケルトノットに影響を受け、ゼンタングルのスタイルに再構築し直した「Auraknot」というタングルを作成しています。
　複雑に絡み合う文様に、ゼンタングルのテクニックで挑戦した作品です。

This time, I will draw a zentangle arrangement of the Celtic knot, a typical pattern of Celtic art.
The culture called Celtic was spread by the Celts in Europe from around the 6th century BC to around the 3rd century AD. Christian art represented by manuscript decoration, metalwork, spiral patterns, and Celtic crosses developed based on a unique worldview.
The Celtic knot, known as a guilloche, is a braided pattern with no beginning or end, and it is said to have meanings such as ''eternity'' and ''circulation of the soul,'' and it is said to have meanings such as reincarnation, which is a Celtic religious view. It is said that it contains
Maria, the founder of Zentangle, was also influenced by Celtic knots and created a tangle called "Auraknot" that was rebuilt in the style of Zentangle.
This is a work that uses Zentangle techniques to create intricately intertwined patterns.
