1 Free Range Chicken
1 Stalk of Green Onion
2 Yellow Onion
80g Shallot
50g Ginger
30g Rock Sugar
1tbsp Salt
1tbsp Chicken Seasoning
3tbsp Fish Sauce
10oz Silver Noodle /Vermicelli

Garnish:
Chopped Green Onion and Cilantro
Vietnamese Coriander
Crushed Pepper Corn
Fried Shallot

Dipping:
Crushed Pepper Corn + Salt + Lime Juice
Jalapeno (Optional)
