Scuba Diving
In this video we are going to see about “Scuba Diving”’ in Havelock Island in Andaman Island.
Beautiful Island. It is a center for water sports activity. We can see the Marine Life.
Havelock Island is the largest Island in Andaman.
Another world in water!!!!

It was my first Scuba Diving experience. I really loved to do this. It is a different world under the water. Non Swimmers can do Scuba Diving.Before doing Scuba Diving they will make sure whether we have breathing problems and any health issues. Then they will give us Diving suits. We have to wear it. Oxygen cylinder was placed. They will give us training for about 10 to 15 minutes.
In Training
The Instructor will clearly explain
1. How to breathe in water.
2. How to communicate in water.
3. Will explain about emergency signal.
We have to breathe through mouth in water. We can’t breathe through nose as we wear face mask. In training they will make us to breathe through mouth. This is important step.
They will tell us about the pressure in water.
They will teach us Hand symbols. Using that we can communicate in water. When we are in water they often ask that we are ok or not using hand symbols and if we feel ok we have to show the symbol for ok. We can come back whenever we are not ok or if we have breathing problem.
We can clearly see the marine life with eye classes. It protect our eyes from water getting in.
We can hear our breath in water. There are lots of creatures living in water. It was so happy to see different and colorful fishes around me. Peaceful Life in water!!!
Everything was Blue!!!
The instructor will be with us from beginning till we come out from water. I was about 20 minutes in water. Professional scuba diver will take photos when we are in water.
