On this episode, we take a look at the failed government of Emperor Godaigo, the 55-year era of history in which Japan was home to two sitting emperors (the Nanbokucho Period), and the tumultuous rise and eventual perfection of the Muromachi Shogunate of the Ashikaga clan.
