This video is guide on how to get power armour training as early as you like during Fallout 3.

Power armour is the pinnacle of armour in Fallout and who doesn’t want to walk the waste in T-45d and a laser rifle like a member of the Brotherhood of Steel?

I would not recommend doing this exploit on your first playthrough, but it’s fun to do on any replays.
