WBJEE Result 2020 Declared: Finally, the WBJEE Board has declared the WBJEE 2020 Result for the Engineering Entrance Exam today at 1:30 PM. The WBJEE Entrance Exam Result has been declared officially in a press meet today afternoon in which Souradeep Das from Raiganj has secured the 1st Rank. In total, 73119 students had appeared for the engineering entrance exam. In today’s result, around 71% students from WB Board have cleared the exam while 30% students from CBSE Board or other state boards have cleared the exam. Candidates can now log onto wbjeeb.nic.in to access and Download WBJEE Result 2020 scorecard.Alternatively, they can also access WBJEE Result via direct link given below:

WBJEE 2020 Counselling Details
As per the information available right now, with the declaration of WBJEE Results 2020 today, the next step in the process would be counselling process to allot seats to the students who have qualified in the engineering entrance exam. Owing to the special circumstances that are presented in the light of COVID-19 pandemic, the WBJEE 2020 Counselling will be held in a completely online mode. A total of 34,891 engineering seats are on offer in various engineering and technical institutes across the state, which will be allotted to the WBJEE 2020 and JEE Main 2020 Rank Holders. For 2020 session, the counselling fees for WBJEE 2020 have been done away with.

WBJEE 2020 Toppers List
In the press meet organized by the WBJEE Board, the officials announced the merit list for the engineering entrance exam. According to the merit list, Souradeep Das from Uttar Dinajpur has emerged as the topper for the entrance exam by securing the 1st Rank in WBJEE 2020. The 2nd place has been secured by Subham Ghosh from Paschim Burdwan, while the 3rd Rank has gone to Sreemanti Dey from Kolkata.
