*Picadillo is a versatile, popular dish in Spanish-speaking countries, particularly in Mexico, Cuba, and other parts of Latin America. The name itself originates from the Spanish verb "picar," meaning "to mince" or "to chop," which references the ground meat that is the core of the dish.

Ingredients
2.6 pounds of ground beef
2 medium potatoes
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon (1 Tbsp if you want super flavor)
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano (optional)
2 cups of salsa verde
*keep 1 cup of potato water

Serve with Mexican rice, refried beans, tortillas, and queso fresco
