Try This Approach - Paint from Photographs! | Watercolor Streetscapes | Watercolor Painting

Simplifying from photograph approach is often challenging! We have to pickup those elements that are inspires you, add the background and maybe add some additional elements to improve the composition.
Here is an example for simplifying reference to a loose streetscapes.
Streetscapes are very interesting subjects, but is thought as complicated by many . In this video we draw and paint these complicated looking streets in a much simplified, loose way that a beginner can try.

Paper: Cold Pressed Watercolour Paper, 100% cotton. I have used Chitrapat brand from India
Colours: Yellow Ochre, Naples Yellow, Burnt Sienna, Payne’s Grey, Orange, White, Scarlet Red, Cerulean Blue, Cobalt Blue, Olive Green, Mauve from Camel Artist Watercolours.
Cobalt Green from Aquatone Watercolours
Pen: Sailor Fude nib pen with Carbon black ink. You can use a graphite pencil or any waterproof ink pen instead.
