In this personal art vlog, I share a chapter of my life that completely changed how I see creativity, art, and resilience. In 2020, during the pandemic, I spent months in the ICU and lost nearly all of my physical strength on top of an existing disability, leaving me unsure if I’d ever fully recover or make art again. I talk honestly about that difficult season, the fear and loss I felt, and how slowly returning to simple drawing became part of rebuilding my confidence and identity as an artist. Over time, practice, patience, and consistency led me back to watercolor painting, Posca marker drawings, and eventually finding a stronger personal style than ever before. This video is for beginner artists and creatives who feel stuck, discouraged, or disconnected from art—especially if you’re balancing a busy life and wondering if it’s too late to improve. My goal is to show that growth doesn’t come from pressure or talent alone, but from showing up, practicing gently, and allowing creativity to evolve with you.
