During the Shibuya Nebuta festival, a handcrafted nebuta float by artist Rika Tsukamoto will be displayed on Inokashira-dori near Ikea Shibuya. The main event was the nebuta float parade along Center-gai at 5:30 pm on Saturday, September 14. The stunning float will be illuminated and carried by local volunteers, followed by a lively procession of dancers and musicians.
