Budget 2023: Sitharaman Outlines 7 Priorities To Guide India In 'Amrit Kaal', Calls Them 'Saptrishi'

Presenting the Union Budget 2023, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman outlined 7 priorities to guide India in Amrit Kaal. She said that "India is the largest producer and second largest exporter of millets. The finance minister listed seven priorities including infrastructure, green growth, financial sector and youth power. She said four transformative opportunities can be used in Amrit Kaal for enhancing economic empowerment.

She said the digital public infrastructure for agriculture will be built as open source, open standard and interoperable public good. Infrastructure growth has been offering multiplier effects in the economy.
