INGREDIENTS:
250 gms Paneer
Salt
2 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
5-6 cloves
Cinnamon
2-3 green cardamom
2-3 dried red chillies
8-10 garlic cloves
a piece of ginger
2 onions
4 tomatoes
15-20 Cashews/melon seeds
a bay leaf
a tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
pinch turmeric powder
4-5 tbsp cream
1 tsp sugar/honey
1/2 tsp garam masala
1-2 tsp kasoori methi
Fresh coriander
