Get a spreadsheet on sales, ebay final value fees, shipping costs, promotion fees, returns, sales tax and more by downloading last years ebay sales.

It's super simple to do too. I added my COGS and freight shipping costs into the spreadsheet as well.

It is best practice to not wait till the end of the year to keep your books. You should do it monthly or weekly depending on the volume you sell. But it is a good way to check your books.
