We’re combining strength and conditioning, but this time there’s a twist: we’ll be working one side at a time with just a single dumbbell. That means extra focus, better balance, and making sure both sides of your body get equal love. 💪🏼

Unilateral training is amazing for building strength, stability, and control - plus it really makes you tune in and feel those muscles working. You might notice some sneaky imbalances - and that’s exactly what we’re here to fix. 🙌🏼
