One of the most ballsy bits of social engineering I've seen caught on camera... Richard Lee McNair, a felon who had escaped prison repeatedly, is confronted by a Louisiana patrolman who responded to the alarm and notice of an escaped prisoner.

Staying cool for an almost ten minute conversation, he successfully concocted a story suitable to assuage the concerns of the police officer who let him go and also provided him with additional information.
