Gilthead Bream - Catch and Cook with Homegrown and Foraged Blackberry and Apple Crumble

Following on from a fishing trip catching a lovely Gilthead Bream we went to meet my father in law at his allotment to collect some homegrown herbs and vegetables for a delicious family cook up. Baked bream with ratatouille and green beans, Cream tea and scones followed by Blackberry and Apple Crumble. An entire meal from caught, home grown or foraged ingredients.
