Dealer Price Gouging!!!...Belt / Tensioner 2018 Ford Explorer

Finding a squeaky squawk in a 2018 Ford Explorer with a 3.5 liter engine. The customer was charged $279 to diagnose the issue at a local Ford dealership. The estimated cost to replace a belt tensioner and serpentine belt was quoted at $594, bring the total expense to repair this issue to over $800. I fumble through the repair and save the customer a pile of money in the process. Not sure why it was quoted so high!? I included a product link to the item I purchased below.
