It wont be crispy but it sure as hell can make peace between China and Taiwan.

1 pork belly
1/2 kilos salt
Liquid and dry seasonings (scroll down)
4 egg whites
Sesame oil

First, Poke holes into the pork belly skin and flip it over to make vertical and diagonal slits as shown.
Next, add your seasonings
After that, add your pork belly into a foil tray
Before cooking, make a sandy paste using salt and egg whites. Spread it over the pork belly skin.
Then, plop it into the oven at the fan setting at 200 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
After taking it out of the oven. Remove the salt paste and add sesame oil on the skin for a nice flavor.
Leave it in the oven on 150 degrees celsius until it’s fully cooked.
It depends on size and shape.
Serve and enjoy ☺️ .

Dipping sauce:

1/2 a bottle of sweet soy sauce.
A big squeeze of honey.
A few drops of fish sauce.
10ml of sesame oil.
Pork rub.
Lemon juice.

Heat up a skillet on medium/ low heat.
Add all your ingredients one by one.
Stir until well combined.
Add in a container and enjoy.


Seasonings:

1/2 a bottle of sweet soy sauce
A few drops of fish sauce
A big squeeze of honey
10 ml sesame oil
Any rub for white meat.

Mix the liquid seasonings in a bowl and add on the pork belly with a brush.
Add the rub and smear it with your hands.
