Redu is a traditional Himachali Recipe which is served hot with Rice or Roti throughout the year. It is bascially Tampered curd with very few spices, making it a gut friedly recipe. This recipe need only 5 minutes to come together and taste heavenly. In different regions of himachal it is called with different name like Redu/Kheru/Paldu/Kadu/Jhol to name a few.

Ingredients:
Curd - 1/2 Kg
Water - 1/2 L
Mustard Oil - 4 Tbspn
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Coriander Seeds - 1 Tbspn
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Pinch of Asafoetida
Crushed Ginger Garlic
Chopped Onion - 1 (Medium)
Fenugreek Powder - 1/4 Tbspn)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tbspn
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tbspn
Salt to Taste
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tbspn
